The viral video is from the Services Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan, and not from India. The video is of a time when the surgical emergency ward of Services Hospital caught fire in Pakistan and the patients were evacuated from the building. The video has nothing to do with India.
A video of a terrible accident is being shared on social media in which CCTV footage shows the truck running into a group of cars at a high speed. Some of the vehicles were completely crushed when the truck rammed into them. It is claimed that it happened on Mysore Road, near Kangri.
A twitter user name Dr. Rajesh share a video with a claim that "This is in Mysore road, Near Kengeri .Just now recorded".
The viral video recived 10,700 Views and 190 retweets at the time of writing this article .
The same video is also getting viral on Facebook user name Syed Abdulkader share a video with the same caption.
In our investigation, we found that the viral video is from Russia and the incident occurred on 16 June when a truck hit a vehicle on the M-5 highway at Chelyabinsk city. The video has nothing to do with Bengaluru.
After doing reverse image research on Google using keyframes we found a news website of RUPTLY published on June17, 2020 was titled "Russia: Fatal truck crash caught on CCTV in Chelyabinsk *DISTRESSING CONTENT*" . In the report the same viral video can be seen. According to the report Two people were killed and seven injured after a truck ran into five vehicles on the M-5 highway "Ural" on in the Chelyabinsk region on 16 june,2020.
We also found this video published on RUPTLY Youtube channel on 17 June.
Conclusion, we found that the viral video of the Truck accident happened at M5 highway, on the city of Chelyabinsk, in Russia is falsely passed off as a truck accident at Mysore Road, Kengeri, Bengaluru. The viral video has nothing to do with India.
